Caribbean Stud Poker - Dealer qualifies
If qualified, your hand is compared against the dealers.
If the dealers hand beats or ties you hand, you lose
both your ante and your call bet. If you beta the dealer,
you win both bets.
The ante gets paid even money and the call bet gets
paid in accordance with the following pay-table.
